Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping
All of our items are delivered via Royal Mail and at checkout you will have the option of first class or second class delivery. 
 Orders Over £30.00 Free 2-3 Business Days
First Class £5.00 1-2 Business Days
Second Class £3.00 2-3 Business Days


We always aim for orders to be posted by the end of the next working day. This means if you place an order on a Friday, the item will processed on the Monday.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days then please let us know by emailing hello@ivywildkids.co.uk. 

If your order is returned to us for non-delivery/collection, we may have to charge again for redelivery.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK

Returns

Changed your mind? Please contact us at hello@ivywildkids.co.uk and we will provide return instructions. 

We accept returns within 365 days for a full product refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

Please take care whilst deciding whether to keep your order as we can only refund products that reach us in an unused condition, with the original packaging.

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your returned items.

We recommend using a tracked service when sending your return items back to us.

 Faulty Products

If there is an issue with your product, or you received the wrong item (it happens very rarely!) please contact us within 14 days so we can help you.

Images will help speed up the process! If an item sent back to us due to a fault is found to be faulty, all costs including postage will be refunded.

Quality is our highest priority. We will not offer refunds for normal wear and tear, or for using the product incorrectly.
