Returns

Change of mind

  • All Ivy Wild Kids sales are final and due to health and hygiene, we are unable to accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges
  • Please choose carefully and review product information of items you are purchasing before checkout is complete 

Faults & returns

  • If there is a fault with your product please contact us. You can return the item within 14 days from the date you purchased the product 
  • Where possible, images of the fault will help speed up the process of providing an exchange or refund
  • The product will undergo inspection upon return to us for approval of an exchange or refund
  • In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse postage costs to the customer too
  • We will happily offer an exchange, store credit note and in some cases a refund
  • If approved for an exchange, this is for the same product /style previously purchased 
  • All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care
  • Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products
  • We will not refund or exchange for minor cosmetic irregularities e.g. colour discrepancies in silicone products which is normal
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and we will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products. Please do read our cleaning tips on item descriptions to avoid staining
